Fjölbrautaskólinn við Ármúla participates in 4 projects 2017-2018 financed by Nordplus:

  • Ung og gammel geologi in cooperation with Dalane Upper Secondary School in Egersund, Norway.
    Coordinators: Helmut Hinrichsen and Sæþór Ólafsson.
    Student exchange visit, Norway, October 1st-6th 2017
    Participating teachers: Sæþór Ólafsson and Þórhallur Halldórsson.

    Two teachers and 13 students from the Dalane Upper Secondary School visit our school.

    Student exchange visit, Iceland, March 10th- 16th 2018
    Two teachers and 20 students from the Dalane Upper Secondary School visit our school.
    Student exchange visit, Norway, April 2018
    Two teachers and 15-20 students from FÁ will visit the Dalane Upper Secondary School in Egersund.

  • Distance Learning in cooperation with the Distance Learning High School Riga Commercial School.
    Coordinators: Helmut Hinrichsen and Steinunn Hafstað.
    Students exchange visit, Iceland, September 14th 2017
    33 students, teachers and other members of staff from the Riga Commercial School visited our school.
    Staff training, Latvia, October 29th - November 5th 2017.
    Participants: Steinunn Hafstað, Guðbjörg Eiríksdóttir, Hólmfríður J. Ólafsdóttir.

  • Nordisk ledelse af voksenuddannelsesinstitutioner in cooperation with Folkuniversity Oesthimmerland.
    Project Meeting in Copenhagen January 22nd - 23rd 2018.
